I am a lab rat
I just heard from my oldest daughter AND my seconf oldest, calling me from their separate schools. They both had news. My oldest has decided to enroll in a karate class this semester. Her youngest sister is already taking karate classes here at home, and I think my oldest just wants to ensure that after years of torturing her sister, she still isn't gonna get beat up by a twelve year old.
My second oldest daughter, the one in the prep school for geniuses, is studying genetics under a doctor who is a renowned expert in the field, and is doing what appears to be ground breaking research in the area of the gene that causes Reiter's Syndrome, and I think she has hopes of finding a solution to the problem. Part of her research involves doing genetic testing on all of the lab rats....er, loving family members....here at home.
Sometimes it amazes me that my children can even communicate with each other.
