I need my SPACE, Man!

My husband has a rather odd dilemma. He has no place to store his tools. I know that this does not SOUND odd, but we live in a sprawling ranch house on two hundred acres. Somewhere, you would think there would be tool storage, but not so. Inside the house is full. Too much stuff. There has already been a carport added because the two car garage houses a laundry room and workshop instead of cars. In the workshop, you say? Nope. That's where the riding lawn mower sits. See? No room.
